The position based within this financial services organization will see the successful candidate manage a team of over five people with a broad reaching responsibility for ensuring maximum productivity and efficiency and developing the organizations business throughout this space.
Ideally the candidate will come from a mortgage services background. Other relevant backgrounds will include banking, commercial lending, lending and financial services.
Duties
Manage the operational effectiveness , risk management and compliance for the group and ensure that standards are being maintained
Being a touch point for both staff and clients on all mortgage funding and servicing matters.
Authorization of term and construction loan advances
You the candidate will hold an undergraduate degree in a related field such as Business, Urban Planning or Management. Commercial and Construction funding experience while beneficial is not a necessity.
You will posses excellent interpersonal skills with a proven successful approach to people management. A natural leader with highly developed communication skills who can motivate others is integral to this role. Strong technical aptitude is expected, if you have ever been part of a systems implementation that’s highly beneficial. A strong sense of logic is necessary with the ability to make well thought-out decisions in a pressurized environment. This is a long term opportunity to develop and grow into an executive level role.
