Our client works with medical billing and is looking to share their industry expertise. They would like to develop training programs to bulk up internal employees' knowledge of their systems and also externally train others who want to get into the medical billing industry.
The designer will need to identify the components, setup the course and map it out for internal employees and external students.
They are open to computer-based and/or instructor-led training. They have a couple trainers on hand but may want to have the ID run a couple sessions to get the ball rolling.
The bulk of the work can be completed remotely; however, it may require some initial on-site meetings and follow-up conferences. There is no travel budget. Only candidates in LA, OC or San Diego areas will be considered.
