Controller
40-year-old general contractor seeking a Controller that will be the top financial officer for the organization with at least 5 years experience working as a key member of a large commercial construction firm.
The Controller will have the day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. This will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, budgeting, insurance, payroll, employee benefits, tax, internal audit, legal, property management, information technologies, etc.
Requires a degree in Business Administration/Finance. MBA and/or CPA is desired. Previous experience working within a commercial construction firm with sales between $10 and $30 Million required.
