Job Title: PresidentCompany Name: Company Name Confidential Location: Coastal NH Profession: Finance/Growth Strategies/Marketing/Budget Management Job Description:Responsibilities: • P & L management and leadership responsibility for the entire organization in conjunction with our Board of Directors (BOD). • Establish an annual board-approved strategic plan and operating budget in conjunction with our BOD. • Leadership and management of banking relationships. • Create a sense of urgency and accountability across all functions of the organization; develop the organization to a higher level of effectiveness. • Leverage core competencies to significantly grow the company’s revenues and profits. • Provide leadership in strategic human resources, finance, marketing, sales, and operations planning and translate these plans into action. • Implement cost controls and budgetary oversight to ensure that profit/EBITDA and cash flow goals are achieved. • Establish personal industry relationships in keeping with the company’s requirements and opportunities.
