| Growing Wholesale Building Materials client needs a Production Manager for their 1st shift millwork operations. Heavy focus on Doors. Accountable for all aspects of the manufacturing operations, which includes production, maintenance, and housekeeping, and all related activities. The Production Manager ensures that customer-on-time delivery expectations are met and the three basics of manufacturing excellence - safety, preventive maintenance and housekeeping meet or exceed standards. | | Duties: | - Ensures employees have a safe, clean, nuturing environment
- Personal Protective Equipment is available and used appropriately
- Ensures the appropriate maintenance programs are in place
- Is responsible for Manufacturing housekeeping
- Develops the manufacturing strategy required for the delivery of the plants goals.
- Assures full compliance with all applicible laws and regulations issued by OSHA, EPA, EEOC, and State, Federal and local regulatory agencies.
