Our client is a large financial services company involved in global initiatives and is currently undertaking a large transformation from a decentralized organization to a strong centralized organization model that is common in large banks and financial institutions.
They are currently in need of a seasoned Security Solutions Architect
Location: Greater Detroit Area
Compensation: Candidates, in order to be considered and compete against local candidates, would need to be open to a flat monthly rate of approx. $12,000-13,000 CDN per month (and this would have to include expenses). This would equate to a full-time salary basis of $144,000 to $156,000 per year. Ideally, candidates would relocate themselves to the Detroit/Windsor area for the duration of the project in order to avoid long commutes and travel expense burdens.
Candidates may also be eventually offered full-time employment and green card/immigration assistance.
Responsibilities: This position involves designing and itegrating BOTH infrastructure and application solutions across Security initiatives such as: DLP, SIM, Security Scanning and Security Baselines. The successful candidate will work with Technical Leads and Project Leads and the business to design solutions and select vendors and software.
Requirements:
* Extensive Security Solutins Architecture experience (infrastructure and software).
* Significant experience providing IT Security Solutions to Financial Services/Banking organizations.
* Must have strong client/business interaction skills in addition to technical skills.
* Candidates must have Canadian Citizenship plus degree or equivalent related work experience in order to be considered for TN work visa.
