Job Description
The Logistics Analyst, is responsible to the PM-Medical Devices and the En-route Care Product Manager (ECPM) for coordinating and managing the Critical Care System for Trauma and Transport (C2STAT) Program objectives. Candidate is responsible for coordination and management of meetings, schedules, documentation and liaison with external customers in the execution of requirements for reaching Milestone C decision on implementation and execution of C2STAT platform fielding.
Job Duties
Developing and standardizing clinical and practical requirements and capabilities;
Candidate will support the ECPM by applying program management principles and methodology
Planning operational, environmental, reliability and maintenance testing;
Compiling and documenting plans, test results, integrated product team (IPT) meetings and other documentation as required;
Implementing and executing force-wide product fielding strategies
Interface with USAMMA’s internal and external partners, to include product vendors, congressional liaisons and other services in the coordination of requirements and product development.
Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with Army and DoD medical force structure; DoD requirements determination; program planning, budgeting and execution processes; centralized acquisition strategies; and Integrated Logistics Support principles.
Coordination of En-route Critical Care Systems program schedule and activities.
Organize meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
Assist ECPM in coordinating and leading Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings.
Provide periodic program status updates to IPT members in coordination with ECPM.
Review and update program acquisition documentation as required.
Track and manage development budget in coordination with ECPM.
Provide interface with vendors as required to arrange meetings, coordinate program events such as delivery of test articles, manuals, etc., or, in coordination with the ECPM, to articulate or clarify program objectives.
Provide input to develop the current year spend plan for O&M, R&D, and procurement funds allocated against identified quantities in the BOI-A.
Provide interface with USAMMA assets in support of Enroute Critical Care to include Prime Vendors, Platform testing and other supporting personnel as required.
Position Requirements
Experience with MS Office Suite Software, Extensive knowledge of MS Excell, Word and PowerPoint.
Ability to create and manage Gantt charts and other project management tools as necessary.
Travel = 4 to 5 trips per year.
Position Desired Skills
Familiarity with medical evacuation processes, medical logistics and USAMMA mission is prefered.
Certification in Acquisition Level II is also preferred.
