Location: Naval Dental Center

Great Lakes, Illinois

Required DOD Security Clearance:

Positions at GRSi may require U.S. citizenship for purposes of obtaining clearances.  Additional clearances may also be required from the DoD.

Expected Job Duties:

• Perform HelpDesk level 2 duties in a Windows 2000/XP client and MS Windows 2000/2003 Server and MS SQL Server environment.
• Perform system support on desktops and laptops such as installing programs, software, back-ups and recovery, software and OS updates and upgrades.
• Perform network installs with devices such as network or stand alone printers and scanners.

Required Skills/Education

• Proficient in Active Directory, Remedy, MS SMS and Remote Desktop
• Proficient with specialist software/hardware applications such as PKI, ActiveCard Gold and Smart Card.
• Experience with MS SQL Server and MS Windows 2003 Server
• Familiar with JAVA and VB Script
