Job Description:
Network Administrator Direct Hire Indianapolis, NW side of 465 The position calls for a knowledgeable candidate who possesses a wide range of information technology experience and skills including VOIP technologies, experience with Cisco platforms, TCP/IP, network infrastructure and is a detailed solutions provider who excels at resolving technical issues. Position entails providing technical support to maintain and improve corporate network infrastructure, systems, consistency of services, and to provide ongoing supervision to insure excellence in Information Technology Operations for the 4 Midwest office locations and 125 Associates. Requirements include overseeing Help Desk during business hours, 8:00-5:00, some travel to other corporate offices to provide support, occasional overtime hours for project work on business systems. Good communications skills, including documentation and reporting. A wide variety of IT projects, including setting up AD access for individuals and other business collaborators access utilizing ISA, Cisco ASA, SharePoint and other business systems. Upcoming projects include establishment of new VPNS for VOIP traffic, upgrading Citrix platform and a disaster recovery plan to include a data center and implementing NAC.
