Job Description:
Senior Family Paralegal needed for a law firm north of Dallas. Family Law Paralegal must be a proven leader, have stable tenure, professional, and a reliable “go to” for a very high-level Board Certified Family Law Attorney. You must be able to work independently and hit the ground running at this busy firm. Responsibilities will include: -
drafting enclosure letters to clients/opposing counsel/court, etc. -
drafting and filing of pleadings -
answering discovery -
drafting emails and attaching documents -
scheduling appointments -
revising documents -
scanning and saving documents to client files -
placing phone calls as instructed -
updating and organizing client files This firm does not have turnover and seeks the brightest star who wants to retire at this firm.
