Job Description:
Our Client a highly successful, multi-unit operator of an industry leading casual dine restaurant brand, with locations across the GTA, is looking to recruit dynamic career minded individuals for the position of Assistant Manager and Assistant General Manager. This opportunity offers an exciting high-energy environment with in-depth training and excellent advancement opportunities. 

Managers are responsible for driving store performance; maintaining established guidelines, policies and procedures; achieving high operational standards; managing a team of staff including hiring, training and coaching; ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service; controlling costs and managing budgets; ensuring efficient implementation of promotional programs; and for all aspects of day-to-day management. 

The ideal candidate is a top performing restaurant manager with high volume, full service experience in the casual dine sector. He/she is a self-motivated, well-organized individual committed and driven by results, with a high degree of business/financial acumen and highly developed management and leadership skills. You are an enthusiastic, high-energy, hands-on manager who has the ability to lead and inspire others. A positive team player, you build loyal and motivated teams and as a skilled trainer you enjoy the role of coach and mentor. You are also service focused and take great pride in providing your customers with a high quality and consistent experience.
