Our Client, operator of a highly successful, industry leading casual dine restaurant brand is looking to recruit a dynamic individual for the position of General Manager.
The General Manager will be responsible for driving store performance; maintaining established guidelines, policies and procedures; achieving high operational standards; managing a team of staff including hiring, training and coaching; ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service; controlling costs and managing budgets; ensuring efficient implementation of promotional programs; and for all aspects of day-to-day management. He/she will be responsible for the overall operational and financial performance of the restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual.
The ideal candidate is a top performing restaurant operator with high volume, full service experience in the casual dine sector. He/she is a self-motivated, well-organized individual committed and driven by results, with a high degree of business/financial acumen and highly developed management and leadership skills. You are an enthusiastic, high-energy, hands-on manager who has the ability to lead and inspire others. A positive team player, you build loyal and motivated teams and as a skilled trainer you enjoy the role of coach and mentor. You are also service focused and take great pride in providing your customers with a high quality and consistent experience.
