Senior Lead Analog Design Engineer
Responsibilities:

This person will be the technical lead on integrated CMOS imager sensor products. The ideal candidate will oversee the specification, design, simulations, noise analysis, layout, and bring up of image sensors as well as designing critical circuits. This position will be a mentor for the rest of the design team.

Skills and requirements:



Candidates must have 10 years relevant experience, be a hands-on senior designer, have taken chips from concept to production and demonstrated team leadership experience. The ideal candidate will be an expert at transistor level circuit design, simulation, and verification using modern EDA tools such as Cadence. Other skill requirements include: experience with deep sub-micron analog CMOS and an excellent understanding of the fundamentals of noise, matching and sources of errors in analog integrated circuits. This key position requires a solid understanding of the relationship between low level design and system level effects, including those not modeled or simulated and working knowledge of device physics. Experience in one or more of the following areas is important:


- Analog Front Ends (AFE's)
- Switched capacitance circuits (diverse applications)
- High speed, low power pipeline ADC Circuits
- Low Noise Programmable Gain Amplifiers
- On-chip charge pumps

CMOS imager development and Bipolar and/or BiCMOS experience are a plus.
