Senior ASIC Digital Designer

Responsibilities:

• Position will require you to use a wide range of skills and to work on all phases of the ASIC flow from architecture, design, verification, physical implementation to post silicon validation.
• Energetic and creative individual who can work in a highly collaborative and dynamic startup environment

Qualifications:

Expertise and experience in the following areas:

• Successfully contributed to one or more revenue producing ASIC products
• Digital design, verification, logic synthesis, static timing analysis, place & route, DFT Insertion, test analysis, floor planning, clock tree synthesis, crosstalk, power analysis, physical verification
• Low power design tools, implementation and optimization
• Communications transceiver applications and standards, such as Ethernet
• Chip design integration, including analog, DSP and embedded processor functions
• Familiarity with leading edge silicon fabrication processes and related design issues

Location: Sacramento or San Jose
