Description:
Responsibilities: Evaluate and compare process technology from various foundries for process technology and foundry selection Support tape out process and interface technical issues between design engineers and foundry Identify and select IP/IP vendors for all products Support in-house library development and manage external IP projects Support product porting and yield enhancement of alternative foundry source Qualifications: BSEE or above 3 years circuit design or 5 years foundry interface experience Understanding of SPICE model, design rules, device specification and wafer process/mask generation Understanding of standard cell/memory compiler, Intellectual Property business and vendors a plus Experience in tape out process a plus ASIC design experience a plus
