Detailed skills required: Experienced in 65 nm chip level and block level physical design. Floorplanning, clock tree synthesis, Place & Route, and timing closure using Magma tool suite. Need to understand DFM issues in deep submicron designs. Synopsys PrimeTimeSI & Mentor Calibre experience a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience required.
Specific tool experience required: Magma physical design tools, PrimetimeSI, Mentor Calibre
