Design Manager, ESD Products

Job Description/Responsibilities

• Lead - IC team to design /productize all CMD’s ESD chips.
• Must be Hands on design
• Hire – ESD/analog engineers
• Work close w/ marketing to identify new chip requirements
• Customer relations to identify  new products
• Provide strong leadership across the organization
• Excellent communication skills
• Define strategic technical direction for the company for ESD related devices
• Be able to set priorities for the team.

Education and Job Experience Requirements

• MSEE
• 6+  years in a management role
• Background/ working knowledge in device physics is a must.
