Windows CE Development Lead (WA)

Location: Bellevue, WA Job Description: My client, a leader in embedded systems designed around Windows CE is currently looking for a Development lead. This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a newly developed division for a very successful company. You will have the opportunity to lead and grow a group of talented engineers in developing cutting edge products around Windows CE. As development lead you will handle project management and technical leadership of Windows Embedded CE development. You will be defining architecture from customer requirements, estimating the workload and writing technical proposals.
As well, you will manage technically the development team, work with customers and provide technical expertise as required. Job Requirements: This position requires at least a 4 Year Degree (BSEE, BSCE or BSCS), with a specialization in embedded systems.
Master's degree is a plus Extensive industry experience with Windows Embedded CE development, especially related to low-level device drivers and Board support package development (BSP), with at least 2 years as developer lead or project manager. Experience: - Lead or project management experience
- C/C++
- Board Support Package (BSP)
- Experience with ARM processors and Windows CE a plus
- Experience with early stage hardware
- debugging skills
-.NET and Linux experience is a plus
