AGCS Executive Search a new division of AGCS Consulting is expanding were seeking 5 highly motivated, high energy individuals to join our Executive Search inside sales and recruiting team. This is primarily an inside sales position.
AGCS works with only the best employers and the most qualified professional candidates to ensure the highest quality and timely services to our clients.
As a "Direct Hire" Executive Recruiter with AGCS, your primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, developing new business through utilizing a variety of tools and avenues, including networking, cold-calling, telemarketing, etc.
Building AND maintaining relationships with candidates and client companies are the core of your success as an Executive Recruiter.
You will be greatly compensated as you will earn 30% plus of all the “Direct Hire” placement fees that you personally generate.
You will utilize your expertise and knowledge of financial, office/administrative and technology positions.
Requirments:
A minimum of one year relevant Sales and/or Recruiting experience with a proven track record is preferred. You must be able to perform within a highly competitive, structured team environment, possess excellent customer service skills and be independently motivated or have an entrepreneurial spirit. You should also have the ability to set priorities, i.e.; schedule your day (make cold calls, formal presentations, interview).
