ANALYTICAL DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST (P-0325)

A group of 4-10 analysts will look to you for leadership in a multi-project environment. You will motivate and support the team in the development of validation of methods, conducting various tests on raw materials, products and samples. Representing AD, you will communicate with internal and external clients on timelines, work requests and other issues. Your technical judgment and sound knowledge will help in providing technical and strategic direction to the analytical development laboratory activities. Able to recognize and solve laboratory/data issues, you will review laboratory results for thoroughness, technical accuracy, and implications to product development. You have a PhD in Chemistry or MS with significant experience. This experience must include a minimum of 5 years in analytical chemistry laboratory, including experience with HPLC. Strong communication skills including writing skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) are a must.
