Seeking a Microsoft Dynamics NAV Serenic Payroll consultant with 3(Three) plus years of experience implementing supporting and maintaining end to end Serenic HCM payroll,
Responsibilities:
The right candidate needs to have the skills to provide, needs assessment, installation, set-up, implementation, training and consultation services; advise clients on application capabilities enabling them to best utilize software features and module.
Lead and direct implementation work group or team on designated projects.
Collaborate with Project Managers, developers, systems analysts, and implementation team members.
Assist in developing and implementing system testing and in debugging program errors.
Consult with clients to ensure customization goals are met.
Required Skills:
Dynamics NAV functional experience
A strong knowledge of payroll processes, rules, and laws for US payroll
Must have at least two years of general consulting experience. Serenic Professional Certification is required.
Proper knowledge of US and Texas State Tax laws
Knowledge of Benefits will be an added advantage
Familiarity with SQL Server required.
Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
2+ Years of Development experience in Navision ERP systems.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Experience in Navision ERP life cycle projects.
