Position Overview: Atimi has retained GO Recruitment to source and to secure developers to work on a variety of challenging projects here in Vancouver. These are full time, permanent positions with the opportunity to work within a culture of continued learning through ongoing training and exposure to a variety of different business systems and technologies.
Technical Skills:
Must Have
Professional experience with cross platform development environments Professional experience with more than one scripting language (Perl, Ruby, Python...) Professional experience developing platform agnostic code Strong object-oriented design and implementation skills Strong problem solving and debugging skills
Very Desirable
Professional experience with Mono Professional experience with OpenGL Professional experience with standards based web development Demonstrate understanding of computer science theories such as computational complexity Wide range of skills but also focused areas of expertise

Willingness to learn programming on other platforms, using multiple frameworks and programming languages to implement solutions Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new technologies Desire to pick up skills related to Macintosh development Proven ability to work with a team to deliver high quality software in a fast paced, dynamic, deadline oriented environment Excellent English communication skills Enjoy working on totally different projects as frequently as every 3 months
Very Desirable
Intermediate developers (3+ yrs experience) with university degree in an appropriate area; exceptionally skilled candidates without these minimums will be considered Senior developers (8+ yrs experience) have lead successful development teams (5+ developers for at least 1 year), preference given to those who have led larger or remote teams Outgoing personality who would enjoy communicating with clients and peers Proven history of accurate estimating
