Position Description:

QuickMobile’s expertise in mobile technologies, brand development and e-marketing enables us to provide turnkey solutions that empower companies to mobilize their business. We are looking for a seasoned Software Developer to work closely with the CTO and the rest of the development team on creating and implementing web-based applications and services in a mobile client/network server environment.   Solutions developed will form the backend network services for QuickMobile’s cutting edge mobile applications. The bulk of the development will leverage open source software and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, implement and test web applications and services using Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP technologies
• Provide backend support expertise for the mobile client development team

Required Skills:

• 5 + years demonstrated development experience with LAMP technologies
• Good command of standard web technologies such as HTML, XML, CSS and JavaScript
• Strong knowledge of content management systems is desired
• Experience working with or developing e-commerce systems also highly desirable.
