 Profit & Loss ...

Simple monthly P&L statements of the branch’s income and expenses show: processing, underwriting, funding fees, overages, regate pricing, and origination fees.  Our unique P&L format summarizes the closing by product type with related income and expenses.  We provide all income and expense items in dollars per loan and basis points.

 Expenses ...

GEM advances all reasonable business expenses on behalf of your branch.  This includes (but is not limited to): rent, telephone equipment, postage, supplies, etc.  These expenses are allocated back to the branch P&L.

100% Profit ...

Branch Managers enjoy 100% of the branch profit, rebates, origination fees, overages, and SRP’s. Managers are also paid commissions on their personal loan production.

 Loan Fees ...

$850      Transaction fee on all loans which includes accounting, marketing department functions, product support, payroll services, personnel services (HR), and administrative services.

$125      Underwriting fee (if done at corporate)


Monthly Fees ...

$450      Flat monthly fee for Information Technology Support Services

Investor Fee ...

 $125 Average (approximation and varies per investor)
