  Profit & Loss

Simple monthly P&L statements of the branch’s income and expenses show: processing, underwriting, funding fees, overages, rebate pricing, and origination fees. Our unique P&L format summarizes the closing by product type with related income and expenses. We provide all income and expense items in dollars per loan and basis points.

 

 

  Flexible Pricing

Each branch manager has the ability to create a unique price sheet for the branch.  Some products offer a better opportunity to create branch SRP’s than others, and some products are only offered without SRP’s.  The senior management team will work with you to maximize the use of this tool.

 

 

  Expenses


Guild Mortgage advances all reason-able business expenses on behalf of your branch. This includes (but is not limited to): rent, telephone equipment, postage, supplies, etc. These expenses are then allocated back to the branch P&L.

 

 

  Profitability Bonus & Commission

Our Branch Managers enjoy a profitability bonus of 100% of the branch profit, rebates, origination fees, and overages. Managers are also paid commissions on their personal loan production.

 

 

    MyKey Technology: Sales Tools & Resources

State-of-the-Art automated loan origination tools, loan finder, loan programs, underwriting engines, along with much more. In addition, the system provides marketing tools and resources which can be customized by each branch to target borrowers, referral sources, and potential recruits.

 

 

  Benefits & Rewards

All staff employees working more than 30 hours per week, along with qualifying loan officers are eligible for the Company’s generous benefits. Benefits include: medical, dental and 401(k). These benefits are available on the first of the month following 90 days of employment.

 

 

 Annual Top-Producer's Trip : Based on defined criteria, each year the Company rewards their top producers with a fabulous vacation to destinations such as Tahiti, Hawaii, and Costa Rica .  New vacation destinations are always in the Company's plans.

 

 

  Retirement Program

Managers who achieve production targets are eligible for the Company’s additional retirement program. This plan consists of performance bonuses and deferred compensation.
