Candidate Criteria includes:

  • Ideal candidates will possess at least 3 years origination experience, in MORTGAGE BANKING and have a consistent source of referral based business from Realtors, builders, attorneys, financial professionals, etc. 
  • Funding a minimum of $850,000 (2 loans) per month.  
  •   Proven experience funding Conforming, FHA, VA, CalHFA, Pers, etc. in the past year.
  •   Relationship and customer service oriented.
  • Residential lending background.
  • Values honesty, quality processing and sales coaching
  • Must be highly motivated and professional
