Loan Officer… is this you?
ü At least two years of demonstrated sales success
ü Mature referral network with past clients, realtors, and/or other business sources
ü Has established a good reputation in your community
ü Great communication and analytical skills
ü Proven knowledge of mortgage guidelines, regulations and procedures
ü Experience originating and closing government loan products (FHA, VA, CalHFA, CalPers, etc.)
ü Team player
ü Desire to increase production and reach new heights of success
