Web Development Software Engineer

Summary: Responsible for implementation of business applications such as Human Resources, Sales, Business Intelligence, CRM and Financials.

 

Essential Job Functions

•             Full lifecycle application development

•             Designing, coding and debugging applications in various software languages

•             Identify and promote business process improvements

•             Enhancing existing programs by analyzing and identifying areas for modification

•             Software testing and quality assurance

•             Assisting with documentation on system procedures, common problem resolutions and training

•             Providing technical support for business applications

•             Maintain, enhance and integrate existing Web applications

Basic Qualifications

•             Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field

•             Five or more years experience in web-based development

•             Strong programming and database skills

•             Demonstrate a diligent work ethic and the discipline to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

•             Strong analytical and problem solving skills

 

Desirable Skills

•             Experience with designing user interfaces

•             Experience in Perl, PHP, Apache, HTML, JavaScript, MySQL, and UNIX

•             International experience is a plus
