As a New Business Development Specialist, you provide the core of the sales efforts, develop the accounts and close new business. You will be presenting Comprehensive Search permanent and contract staffing services to clients in niche(s) in a consultative selling mode.  In addition to the above referenced leads you will be responsible for developing new-business leads through referrals, cold calls, research, attending industry networking events, etc.

 

Qualifications and Experience:  This position requires a highly motivated individual who is willing to invest time and energy to create a profitable and rewarding career.

 

  • 4 – 6 years business-to-business sales experience within one or more of the available niches.
  • Previous experience selling recruitment/staffing services would be a plus, but not required.
  • Good technical skills, actively engaged in online social networking and using Web 2.0 technologies.
  • Experience with mid-to-large-size companies working with their executives to assist in solving business challenges.
  • Must demonstrate a customer-focused orientation that helps prospects and clients feel comfortable working with you.
  • Able to create and close sales opportunities.
  • Must have excellent phone skills.
  • Must be well organized with excellent written and verbal skills.

 

Ours is a very consultative sale leading to the ability to concisely discuss our possible solution(s) with hiring managers and C-level executives. This is a commission only sales position.
