Part-Time Contingent Contract Sourcing  

We are looking for several skilled individuals to help locate, qualify and refer successful candidates for our growing list of job openings. Ideally you have 1 to 2 years of experience as a sourcing recruiter; cold calling, telemarketing and Internet Sourcing. Full Cycle Recruiting experience is a plus. This is not an entry level position. If you have not done candidate sourcing for recruiters or hiring managers - please don't apply. At a minimum you should understand Boolean Search techniques, familiarity with name sourcing and adept at reading a job order and knowing who to look for as well as where to look. 

We need several skilled individuals to help locate, qualify and refer successful candidates for our growing list of job openings http://www.comp-search.com/hot_jobs.htm Strong focus on sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold calling, social networks complex internet searches and research. Source active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, internal databases and employee referrals. Screen candidates for availability, interest level, visa status, salary range, relocation needs, basic job requirement qualifications.

Strong knowledge of internet recruiting/sourcing strategies, candidate networking and/or cold calling. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and organizational skills required.

Must have excellent and timely follow-up skills.

Pay is strictly commission only. You get paid when a candidate you referred is hired. Your commissions are a percentage of each candidate salary. Average pay-out is $1400 and range up to $6000
