POSITION SUMMARY:

 

The Vice President (VP) assumes ultimate responsibility for management of all aspects of our resources in order to deliver projected revenue and profitability in a mannerism which generates a high degree of client satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Financial Accountability:

Ø      All aspects of client P & L accountability

Ø      Responsible for co-ordinating all budgeting and forecasting on all client related projects

 

Your Client:

Ø      You are the primary conduit for your client to access the resources at Targetbase

Ø      Build senior level relationships with our clients and be viewed as an indispensable member to their overall team

Ø      Take the lead role on building the clients business, generating new strategies for agency-client partnerships

Ø      Develop a thorough understanding of all of our client’s businesses, brands, customers, and competitive environments in order to contribute to the development of the most effective business solutions and communication and creative strategies which deliver against their business objectives

Ø      Be visible, be involved, and most of all, radiate through their business

Ø      Attend and participate fully in client briefs, client presentations and attend client research as needed

Ø      Develop an annual client satisfaction survey in order to ensure a formalized exchange of feedback on their business

Ø      Proactively provide clients with a continuous stream of new ideas for their business which are not part of the current scope

 

Managing  Resources (Internal Specialists):

Ø      Build relationships with each of the department heads who which will assist you in the achievement of your mandate. These will be your lieutenants, who will lead elements of your business, and manage their respective teams in a way as to optimize their contribution to the final product

Ø      With the assistance of your lieutenants, develop and continuously monitor a staff resource plan which will optimize the manufacturing process for your  client

Ø      You have overall responsibility to ensure the team is developing effective strategies and is manufacturing product which delivers back to the objectives of the program or project

Ø      You cannot get caught up in the manufacturing process, you are to be aware of it through your Group Account Director/Account Director, but you must maintain an arms length approach

Assist in building and championing communication and relations across the different business units
