The Annex Group is looking for an Application Trainer!!

This 9 month engagement is in the healthcare field and the ideal person will be required to meet the following expectations:

         Preparation of user documentation pertaining to training materials

• Provide application and workflow training to Primary Care and Community program staff using the PARIS and Pixalere applications
• Ensures problem resolution and customer satisfaction through ongoing communication with Primary Care and Community staff
• Develops and maintains productive working relationships with key system users
• Work with key stakeholders to ensure detailed business and system requirements are documented and signed off. 
• Participate and facilitate meetings and working group sessions with stakeholder representatives to standardize workflows and develop requirements

         Participates in site readiness, installation, data conversion and other implementation activities

A Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Health information Systems or the equivalent experience , training and education is required to be considered for this role.
