Lead Security Forms Processing Specialist
LOCATION
Madison Contact Center – Huntsville, AL
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for reviewing, correcting, and assisting candidates in the completion of the electronic SF-86 (e-86) forms and additional required signature forms

Responsible for assuring security forms processing work product is performed and delivered to Lockheed Martin by the FPMI staff is done so timely and accurately in accordance with contract requirements

Responsible for operational coordination and communication between Lockheed Martin Security Forms Processing management and the FPMI staff

Responsible for development, implementation and maintenance of processes and reporting regarding work production for the FPMI staff

Liaison with FPMI management regarding the project status and requirements, including but not limited to, billing approval/issues, timekeeping, staffing, contract requirements, and monthly project reviews
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Minimum of 2 years of experience necessary to review electronic SF-86 Forms (Questionnaire for National Security Positions) and the accompanying required signature forms (e.g., OF 306 Form, Medical Release Form, Information Release Form) required by the TSA on the TSA HR Access Program

Minimum of 2 years of experience leading a team, supervising a staff, and providing operational coordination and communication between senior management and a team or staff

BS/ BA degree in Business or HR Management or equivalent experience

Ability to accomplish responsibilities with minimal supervision although reporting to a senior member of management

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Capable of travel if required; however, minimal travel (less than 20%) is expected
