Healthcare Compliance Audit Manager

Advantage Placements is working closely with the hiring team of a highly innovative global healthcare company.  We have been asked to identify a Healthcare Audit Manager for their corporate office in Orange County, California. The Audit and Compliance team is growing and this role was created for an individual who is progressive, creative and interested in making a difference on day one.

Our client is a $4b organization with a need for an industry professional who is savvy and shows progressive growth throughout their career. Our client is open to paying a relocation fee for the ideal candidate.   

This key player will partner with business owners, Healthcare Compliance counterparts, Legal and Commercial.   They will guide and supervise audits and monitor activity of the Commercial, Development and Medical Affairs organizations for compliance.

This role will participate and assist by designing and effectively executing healthcare audits by leading teams comprised of staff auditors and/or consultants.

The ideal candidate will have

• CPA, preferable from a big 4 audit firm
• Internal audit experience
• Healthcare experience, preferable in a pharma/biotech environment
• Solid exposure to healthcare compliance
• Exposure to sales and marketing teams dealing with medical affairs and clinical is helpful
• Progressive growth with 5-10 years of professional experience
