Our executive search firm, Conselium, is representing a premier pharma client that is experiencing considerable growth.  The position of Assistant General Counsel is newly created and a result of the client’s growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF ASST. GENERAL COUNSEL:

        Support OTC and prescription brand sales and marketing teams, sales support and other commercial support functions.

        Provide advice, education, training and legal direction on healthcare law matters.

        Support  FDA labeling and promotional matters, healthcare fraud and abuse laws, clinical trial legal assistance, product liability, antitrust, managed-care pricing and contracting, privacy and other laws impacting the commercialization of pharmaceutical and OTC products.

        Responsible for assisting the commercial organization in structuring contracts and activities in compliance with applicable law.

REQUIREMENTS OF ASST. GENERAL COUNSEL:

        Jurist Doctorate from an accredited law school.

        Relevant experience with FDA labeling and promotional matters.

        Minimum 6 years experience in practice of law.

        Legal experience in a law firm or corporate setting or combination thereof.
