Program Details

MaxHire will provide the referrer with a complimentary license key for the Hoovers add-on to Broadlook Profiler for MaxHire when a new service agreement is received from a customer with referrer clearly identified in the contract. A clearly indicated space is provided on the MaxHire service agreement to identify the referrer.

The following terms and conditions apply:

1. The referrer may not be employed by the company referred. Only 3rd party referrals are allowed.

2. The referrer must have introduced MaxHire to the referee. A reference is not a referral. A referral is introducing a 3rd party to MaxHire who did not know of MaxHire previously and had not contacted MaxHire yet.

3. A referrer must be identified on the MaxHire service agreement at the time the referee signed the contract in order to receive any incentives. No exceptions.

4. The Hoovers license is provided to the referrer after the the referred company has been billed for the first month's usage (typically the go-live date) and only if the referred company is in good financial standing with MaxHire. 

5. The spirit of the referral program is to help MaxHire keep marketing costs down so we can invest more in features and technologies that benefit our customers. Any abuse or misuse of the referral program is greatly frowned upon and will permanently disqualify any individual from future referral incentives if MaxHire suspects abuse of the terms or spirit of the referral program.
