MaxHire Online User Guide

To access the User Guide, click the Help button in the toolbar.  

 

Support Knowledge Base

For more technical questions and troubleshooting, our online support includes a searchable knowledge base of frequently asked questions. Click Request Support from the Help menu in MaxHire or log in through our web site at http://www.maxhire.net/Support_Home.asp.

 

Submitting a Support Request

To contact MaxHire Technical Support, submit a support ticket. This is quickest way to open a support request. A tracking number is automatically assigned to your issue, and our support staff will contact you by email. Response times are typically under 30 minutes during normal business hours for support requests submitted directly through MaxHire.

    1. In MaxHire, click Help > Online Support.


       

    2. The MaxHire support site will open. Scroll down to the Contact Us section and click the Technical Support link.

 

 

    1. The MaxHire support request web page will open. Enter a detailed description of the problem in the support request form.

Please provide as much information as possible when describing the problem (e.g., error messages, record numbers, database information, etc.)

Requesting Support by Email

If you cannot access our web site, email support@maxhire.net with a detailed description of the problem, and we will assign a tracking number for you.

 

Requests submitted directly via email may not reach us as quickly, so please expect more of a delay. During a normal business hours, you will receive a response within 24 hours after a tracking number is assigned to the request.
