Important Compatibility Notes - Please Read!

Office 2010 Users

MaxHire is only compatible with the 32-bit version of Office. You must also run the full installed version of Outlook - the "Click to Run" version of Office 2010 is not compatible with MaxHire.

Windows 2000 Workstation and Server Users

After the Online Resume Search installer completes, it will request a reboot. The installer will not continue after the reboot and install Broadlook Profiler so you need to install it separately. Simply follow the instructions here after rebooting.

Outlook 2000 Users

MaxHire's "Send using Outlook" feature is not compatible with Outlook 2000. You can still send email using MaxHire's mail server or your own SMTP server, but you will not be able to route outgoing email through your local copy of Outlook.

Outlook 2002 Users

Outlook 2002 is not compatible with the MaxHire Outlook Add-in. Upgrading to Outlook 2003 resolves the issue. Microsoft acknowledges this issue and resolved it in Outlook 2003.

Lenovo ThinkPad Users

The Lenovo Password Manager is known to conflict with MaxHire and must be disabled or removed. For instructions click here.
