Understand the general MaxHire training process.
Access the MaxHire User Guide, open a topic, play the video and search the User Guide.
Open the customer support page and register for our continuing education webinars.
Create a technical support request.

Please note that there have been some minor modifications to the MaxHire program since the videos were made. Due to these changes, the steps demonstrated in the videos may not exactly match current program functionality.
Complete the following exercises and then move on to Lesson 2. If you have not already opened MaxHire, do so now using the user name, password and database name assigned to you. If you are unsure of your log on information, please contact the person in your company responsible for setting up MaxHire accounts.
Click here to open a printable version of the exercises. It is easier to print out the exercises and check them off as you go. When you have finished the exercises, remember to write down any questions or notes before moving on to the next lesson.
From the Help menu in MaxHire, click User Guide.
In the user guide, click the Email book.
Click the Sending Email topic to view the contents.
Notice the video links at the top of the topic. Almost every topic has a video. Click the Play Flash Version link to test the video.
From the main toolbar in the user guide, click Search and enter Outlook to search for all topics related to Outlook.
Click a topic from the search results list to see the contents.
Close the search by clicking the Contents button on the main toolbar.
In MaxHire, click Customer Support Center from the Help menu to enter the online support site. Also note that you can access our support site from our home page at http://www.maxhire.net by clicking the Support link.
Scroll down to the Free Training Webinars area and click the link to see the full schedule. Note the available classes and times. You may want to register for one of these classes after you complete the online training.
In MaxHire, click Customer Support Center from the Help menu.
Read the Top Support Questions section at the top of the page to see the available topics for future reference.
Scroll down to the Search Documentation section and try searching on "Outlook integration". Note that this will search both the Support Knowledge Base and the User Documentation. Click on a title in the results to view the topic contents.
Go back to the support home page by clicking the Back button on your browser and scroll down to the Contact Us section.
Click the Technical Support link and read the instructions on this page. This section explains how to obtain priority technical support.
