Error: File could not be attached. The file is larger than the maximum allowable size.

Problem: When I try to attach a file, I get the following error: "File could not be attached. The file is larger than the maximum allowable size."

Your MaxHire Administrator The person at your company in charge of your MaxHire setup, implementation and day-to-day administration. can increase the allowable file size (up to 2500KB) and specify the type of file(s) users can attach. If you get the error message above, you will need to ask an your company's administrator to increase the file size limit.

The absolute maximum size of any attachment in MaxHire is 2500KB.
