Problem: How do I automatically forward resumes into MaxHire to create new candidates?

 

MaxHire's Outlook Add-In will automatically link emails for candidates and employers who are already in your database. The Add-In can also be configured to automatically forward resumes to the Server Agent for processing so that new candidate records will be created.

 

  1. In Outlook, click MaxHire.net > Preferences.

 

  1. Enable Detect Resumes When Importing Email.

  1. Enable Forward Resumes For New Candidates For Importing.

 

  1. Click OK. When you receive a new email with a resume attached, the Outlook Add-In will forward it to the server agent to create a new candidate record.
