Problem: A portion of subject line is removed from the email when clicking the "Apply for this Job" link on your web site.
When a job title has an & in the title, the text is removed from the subject line of the email from the & onwards. This results in email sent to your database not attached to the Job applied for. This is a problem caused by Internet Explorer.
Here is an example:
When an applicant applies for a job by clicking the "Apply for this Job" link on your web site, the resulting email subject line will look like this:
Changing the & to "and" for the Job Title in MaxHire will result in the email subject line looking like this:
This way when the MaxHire Server Agent receives the email it will process it for the correct job as the full ID is included in the subject line.
