I forgot my user name, password or database name

Problem: I forgot my user name, password or database name.

 

For security reasons, we do not provide any log on information over the phone. We will only provide log on information to users who currently have an active MaxHire user account and we will only send the log on information to the user's email address as it is entered in MaxHire.

 

All users must request their log on information by emailing support@maxhire.net. Users can also contact their company's MaxHire Administrator The person at your company in charge of your MaxHire setup, implementation and day-to-day administration.. All administrators have access to user log on information for their company.

 

Once you are logged into MaxHire, you can change your password by clicking File > Change Password.
