I can't see the MaxHire status columns in Outlook

Problem: I have installed the Outlook Add-In and can't see the MaxHire status columns in Outlook.

 

The MaxHire Added and MaxHire Status fields in Outlook show whether email in your Outlook Inbox has been imported into MaxHire.

 

 

If you do not see the MaxHire Added and MaxHire Status columns in your Outlook, you can add them using the Outlook Field Chooser.

 

To add columns to Outlook:

 

    1. Right-click a column heading and click Field Chooser.

 

    1. From the Field Chooser window, select User-defined Fields in Inbox.

 

    1. Drag the MaxHire Added and MaxHire Status fields to the Outlook toolbar.

    2. Close the Field Chooser window.
