How do I find candidates without a default resume?

Problem: How do I find candidates with no default resume?

 

You can use the Advanced People Search in MaxHire to find candidates who do not have a default resume set in their record.

 

To list all candidates without a default resume:

 

  1. From the MaxHire toolbar, click the Find People button and select Advanced Find.

  2. In the Advanced Find window, from the Frequently Used Searches tab, select Candidates Only and set the Maximum Records to Return to ALL.

 

  1. From the Advanced Filters tab, under Select Table, select People.

  2. Under Select Field, select Resume_ID.

  3. Under Set Operator, select =.

  4. Under Enter Criteria and Press ADD, enter 0.

  5. Click Add to add the new search filter to the Search Filters Applied list.

 

  1. Click Search.

 

Search results may include some candidates who have a resume attached to their record but do not have it set as their default resume.
