Problem: How do I find records created by a person who is no longer a MaxHire user?

To search for records created by a person who is no longer a MaxHire user, use the Advanced Search.

To search for records where the user was the record owner or creator:

1. Click Search > People > Advanced Find.

2. From the Advanced Find window, click the Advanced Filters tab.
   
   

3. Under Select Table, select People.

4. Under Select Field, select enterby.

5. Under Set Operator, select =.

6. Under Enter Criteria, enter the old user's user name.

7. Click Add to apply the search filter.

8. Under Search Filters Applied, click Insert OR.
   
   

9. Under Select Table, select People.

10. Under Select Field, select CandidRecruiter.

11. Under Set Operator, select =.

12. Under Enter Criteria, enter the old user's user name.

13. Click Add to apply the search filter.

14. Click Search.
