Problem: How do I find candidates who have opted out of receiving bulk email?
Using the Advanced Filters in the Advanced People Find, you can search your database for candidates that have clicked the opt-out link in an email sent to them. An activity is also created and attached to the Activity tab in the candidate record.
To find all people with the No Bulk option checked:
Click Search > People > Advanced Find.
Click the Clear button to remove any previous search criteria.
Click the Advanced Filters tab.
Under Select Table click on People.
Under Select field scroll down to OptOutBulk.
Set Operator as =.
Enter Criteria of 1.
Click Add.
Click Search. This will produce a list of candidates that have opted out of Bulk Email.
You can also use the Activity log to find out instances where a recipient clicked the Opt-Out link. You can use this information to get an idea of whether a specific email campaign is causing recipients to choose to opt out.
Click the Activity
Log button on the MaxHire tool bar or hit the F4

Select a date range.
Right click a column header and click List Options.

You will only have the option to choose Opt-Out Request if there is an activity of this type within the selected date range.
