My email signature doesn't appear in MaxHire

Problem: I have entered an email signature in my Personal Settings, but the signature does not appear on outgoing emails and faxes.

 

If you cut and paste your email signature from Outlook, it will include proprietary Outlook code which MaxHire cannot decrypt. To solve this issue, enter your email signature directly into MaxHire and format it using the HTML formatting toolbar provided.
