Problem: Can I send bulk email to candidates via the Placement Log?

You can use the Placement Log to easily locate Placement Records within a certain date range; however you cannot send bulk email directly from the log. Instead, you will need to search for candidates based on their placement information.

1. Click Search > People > Advanced Find.

2. Click Clear.

3. Click the Advanced Filters tab.

4. Under Table, click Placement.

5. Under Field, click dateenter.

6. Under Operation, click >=.

7. In the Criteria field, enter the start date for the placed candidates that you want to see (for example, enter 11/01/2006 to see all candidates with placement records created on or after Nov 1, 2006).

8. Click Add.
   
   

9. Click Search.

10. You now have a list of candidates that you can use to send bulk email.
