You can attach a vCard to outgoing emails in MaxHire using your Personal Settings option. Use the Preview vCard button to view your current vCard.
If you edit and save the vCard from the preview,it will be saved to your Outlook Contacts folder and not to MaxHire. To edit the data displayed in the vCard, you must edit the source data rather than the vCard itself.
Data in the vCard comes from the following sources:
Business Address and Web Page address: This data comes from the Divisions table in MaxHire. This information is configured for all users in the division by your MaxHire Administrator The person at your company in charge of your MaxHire setup, implementation and day-to-day administration..
All other data in the vCard: All other data in the vCard comes from the Users tab in your Personal Settings window. Click File > Personal Settings in MaxHire to edit this information.
